The Arrival: A Letter to My Younger Self

Saturday, June 18, 1994

You’ve just made your entrance into this world, little one, with a smile that could light up the darkest room. I’d love to say you brought endless joy that day, but the truth is, it’s hard to know for sure. It’s not something we really talk about. But what I do know, and what I need you to know, is how incredibly smart you are. How deeply intuitive you’ll become. How your connection with God will guide you, even when the path feels uncertain.

You were born for spiritual healing, and it’s a heavy mission. At times, you might feel like everyone is against you, which can shake your confidence in who you are.  We will unpack that later, but know this: you are genuine, incredibly kind, and always willing to help. You have all the answers to which you are seeking inside. God will always bless you. You don’t need to change anything about yourself. In time, the right people who truly align with you will come into your life.

You’re only a day old, so I know this might be overwhelming. I’m sorry, little one, for all the times I’ll ignore the spiritual guidance meant to steer us clear of pain. I’m sorry for the challenges you’ll endure because I didn’t trust our inner wisdom sooner.

If I could give you just one piece of advice, it would be this: Take your time. Don’t rush anything. TRUST YOURSELF, because you have God’s favor, and you’ll never have to live from a place of lack. You’re here to learn spiritual lessons, to grow, and foster unity—one step at a time.

Welcome to Earth, Ashley. It’s not always easy, but I promise, you’re stronger than you know.

Until Next Time…

Peace & Love,

Ash
